Retreat

So many, many places,
So many, many moments
On the go,
How could I not say “Yes”
To the bench that beckons,
“Sit and rest awhile,”
To the sky whose wide open arms
Inspire me to dream,
To the million rustling leaves
Waving, “Be free,”
And to the God whispering, “I love you.
Won’t you spend time with me?”
How could I not say “Yes”
To a place,
To moments,
Like this?
