Lost

The places the faces
all that time erases
the changes of society
there is no more piety
lost respect for tradition
embracing perdition
gone so wrong
for so long
turned and walked away
like a stray
with no name
and no home
trusting no one
needing and pleading
yet refusing the bleeding
of the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ
lift your eyes to Him
pray and let His healing begin
