Wrath of COVID-19

The inside view of the wrath
A life taken from Earth
Raw and uncut, here it is
Amazing health care workers
Risking their lives
A library of knowledge erased
Cherishing what we learned

A brother, an uncle, a cousin gone
God, please carry him home

Let this move you to make choices that matter
Let this enlighten you
on the importance of staying informed
Let this remind you to love more and care more
