October 2024

Welcome to the 2025 open enrollment page

This section will provide you with everything you need to successfully complete the 2024 open enrollment process.

The open enrollment portal will be open online from November 5, 2024 through November 18, 2024.  All benefit eligible individuals (with the exception of priests) will need to go through open enrollment.

You will need to take action beginning November 5th if:

  • You are waiving coverage
  • You are keeping your current coverage
  • You just enrolled as a new hire or life event
  • You have never enrolled

The only individuals that will not have to go through this process are priests or individuals that are not eligible for insurance.

Employees must work 30 hours a week or more every week of the year. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure they are working 30 or more hours. If you do not work 30 hours or more a pay period, you will lose your insurance eligibility for the next plan year.

See the rate change letter that will take effect 1/1/2025 here.

Prior to starting your enrollment:

  • Read the 2025 BENEFITS SUMMARY.
  • Print off the 2025 Checklist.
  • Print off the 2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT GUIDE. This guide has step by step instructions and pictures to get you through the open enrollment process.
  • Ensure you can access your Paylocity account. Never registered with Paylocity?  Click here. Please contact your location manager to assist you.

All insurance documents for each plan including the summary plan descriptions will also be found within the open enrollment portal.

As a reminder, the elections you choose during open enrollment must remain in effect until December 31, 2025 unless you've had an eligible qualifying event as described here.

If you've had an eligible qualifying event, you must notify the Human Resources department within 30 days of the effective date of the qualifying event. If you notify Human Resources more than 30 days after the effective date, your request to enroll/drop/change your insurance will be denied.  Notification must be made in Web Benefits by performing a life event request.
